I'm Adam Fladwood. For a decade I was one of three engineers who built and ran a multi-tenant platform that regional banks depended on: the product, the deploy pipeline, the on-call pager and the SOC 2 audit. AI tools make code faster to write; I make sure it's safe to ship.

Full-stack product work: workflows, integrations, document generation, search and reporting. I design features with the people who use them, use AI coding agents for prototypes and first drafts, and review and test every change myself.
Built the loan workflow that hundreds of bank staff used every day, from loan officers to executives.
